Forged Vintage products are handcrafted objects with a pronounced artistic and aesthetic character. Their design may include sharp metal elements, aggressive forms, irregular surfaces, and intentionally industrial structures.
These characteristics are part of the visual identity of the product and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
I understand that the product is intended solely as a styling accessory or collectible object and does not serve a functional, utilitarian, or practical purpose.
I acknowledge that the shape, texture, and edges of the product are deliberate and visible in the product descriptions and images presented on the website.
I assume full responsibility for the conscious and prudent use and wearing of the product and take full responsibility if hurting myself or others in any way.
I confirm that the product is not intended for minors and will not be used by individuals under the age of 18.
To the extent permitted by law, I understand that the seller shall not be held liable for injuries resulting from imprudent use, improper handling, or use contrary to the declared purpose.
This declaration does not limit the consumer’s rights regarding actual manufacturing defects or product non-conformity under applicable law.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Forged Vintage website under Shopify platform and the purchase of any products offered through it. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Forged Vintage is an independent, artist-run studio creating watches, jewelry, and conceptual objects. All items are produced in limited quantities or as one-of-one pieces.
Forged Vintage reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue products, content, or services at any time without prior notice.

Valoarea totală va fi acordată sub formă de gift card / credit digital utilizabil pe site, în maximum 24 de ore de la confirmarea plății.
Gift cardul poate fi folosit pentru produse FORGED Vintage disponibile pe site, inclusiv produse custom, în limita stocului, disponibilității și condițiilor afișate pentru fiecare produs.
Condiții importante
Prin achiziționarea unui gift card din această campanie, clientul înțelege și acceptă că:
• valoarea primită este acordată exclusiv sub formă de gift card / credit pe site;
• bonusul oferit de FORGED Vintage nu poate fi convertit în bani;
• gift cardul nu poate fi schimbat pe cash;
• după emiterea și transmiterea gift cardului, suma acordată rămâne disponibilă pentru utilizare pe site;
• comenzile plasate folosind gift cardul respectă termenii produselor alese, inclusiv regulile pentru produse custom;
• pentru produsele custom, returul sau anularea nu mai este posibilă după începerea procesului de personalizare.
Prin finalizarea comenzii, clientul solicită emiterea gift cardului în maximum 24 de ore și confirmă că este de acord cu livrarea digitală a acestuia înainte de expirarea perioadei standard de retragere.
