Forged Vintage ships internationally. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Order Processing

All items are prepared and packed by hand. Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the item.

  • Ready-made items are typically processed within 3–7 working days

  • Custom, commissioned, or experimental items require additional time, which will be communicated prior to or after purchase (up to 30 working days)(Including mystery boxes as some of the items are custom hand-made)

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.


Shipping Destinations

Forged Vintage ships to most international destinations. Availability may vary depending on local regulations or carrier restrictions.

Forged Vintage reserves the right to refuse shipping to certain locations if delivery is not feasible or legally permitted.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

Shipping methods and carriers are selected at the discretion of Forged Vintage. Tracking information is provided where available.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated separately where applicable.

All prices exclude customs duties, import taxes, or additional local fees unless explicitly stated.


International Orders & Customs

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees

  • Compliance with local laws and regulations regarding imported goods

Forged Vintage is not responsible for delays, holds, seizures, or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.


Delivery Issues

Forged Vintage is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or external factors

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details at checkout.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, the customer must contact Forged Vintage within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.

Forged Vintage is not responsible for damage caused after delivery or by improper handling.


Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required for reshipment.

Refunds in such cases may exclude original shipping costs.


Customs Seizures & Restricted Items

Some items may be subject to customs inspection or restriction depending on destination country regulations.

Forged Vintage is not responsible for items delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities due to local regulations.

Forged Vintage is an independent, artist-run studio. Shipping timelines, handling, and international logistics reflect the nature of small-scale, handmade production.
