Return Policy (Global)

Forged Vintage sells internationally and operates in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in the buyer’s country of residence. This policy is designed to meet or exceed minimum international legal standards while protecting the nature of handmade, one-of-one objects.

Please read carefully before placing an order.

Right of Withdrawal

Where required by applicable law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date the item is received.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify Forged Vintage in writing within the withdrawal period, clearly stating the intention to return the item.

This right applies only where legally mandatory and only under the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The item is returned unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • The item is returned in the same condition as received

  • All original packaging, components, and materials are included

Items returned in a condition different from that in which they were delivered may be refused or may result in a partial refund, where permitted by law.

Handmade, One-of-One & Imperfect Items

Forged Vintage specializes in handmade, limited, and one-of-one pieces. Due to their nature, items may display:

  • Natural material variations

  • Surface marks, texture irregularities, patina, or asymmetry

  • Visual imperfections that are intentional and part of the design

These characteristics are not considered defects and do not constitute valid grounds for return, refund, or dispute when clearly visible in product images or described in the product listing.

Each item is sold as described. Customers are responsible for reviewing all information prior to purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Custom or commissioned pieces

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Experimental, conceptual, or “Legendary” items

  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable

These items are produced specifically for the buyer and cannot be resold or replicated.

Refunds

If a return is approved and received in acceptable condition:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Tips left to support the page are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact Forged Vintage within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic evidence.

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be accepted.
Damage caused after delivery, misuse, or improper handling is not covered and should be discussed with the delivery company after the 48 hours.

International Orders & Customs

For international orders, customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees

  • Compliance with local shipping and customs regulations

Forged Vintage is not responsible for delays, losses, or seizures caused by carriers or customs authorities.

Final Statement

Forged Vintage is an independent, artist-run studio. All policies exist to ensure transparency, fairness, and legal compliance across borders.

Politică de utilizare și retur – Gift Card Double Value

Prin achiziționarea unui Gift Card FORGED în campania Double Value, clientul primește valoarea plătită + o valoare bonus oferită promoțional de FORGED Vintage.

Exemplu:
100 lei plătiți = 200 lei credit total pe site
din care:
100 lei sold plătit
100 lei bonus promoțional

La utilizarea gift cardului, se consumă mai întâi soldul plătit de client, iar după aceea se consumă bonusul promoțional.

Exemplu: dacă ai cumpărat un gift card de 100 lei și ai primit 200 lei credit total, iar apoi plasezi o comandă de 50 lei, acei 50 lei se scad din soldul plătit. În cazul unei solicitări de retragere/retur pentru gift card, suma maximă rambursabilă rămasă va fi de 50 lei, iar bonusul promoțional nu este rambursabil.

Dacă ai folosit integral soldul plătit, iar în cont rămâne doar bonusul promoțional, acesta poate fi folosit în continuare pe site, dar nu poate fi retras, schimbat în bani sau rambursat.

Condiții importante

• Gift cardul este emis digital în maximum 24 de ore de la confirmarea plății.
• Valoarea bonus este credit promoțional oferit gratuit de FORGED Vintage.
• Bonusul nu poate fi convertit în bani.
• Bonusul nu poate fi rambursat separat.
• La folosire, se consumă întâi suma plătită, apoi bonusul.
• Comenzile custom plătite cu gift card respectă politica produselor custom: după începerea personalizării, comanda nu mai poate fi anulată sau rambursată.
• Prin plasarea comenzii, clientul solicită emiterea digitală a gift cardului în maximum 24 de ore și confirmă că a citit și acceptat condițiile campaniei.
